Rosemary essential oil is considered as a sacred plant with magical properties and a general tonic. Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean and is also grown in Mexico, England, the USA, and northern Africa. Rosemary was considered sacred by ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Hebrew, and Romans and was used for many purposes including festivals, religious ceremonies.
Add 1-2 drops in a diffuser or in warm bathwater or with a carrier oil for a gentle massage. To use as a hair rinse, add 1-2 drops to 1 mug of water.
Avoid using it on the epileptic patients.
